It was cute, but I wish it was longer. The sexual assault attempt was glossed over and the ending felt a bit hanging. If it were longer there'd probably be more room to go through these things.

The novelist Sakaguchi was troubled. When Sakaguchi took in a weak kitten, the high schooler Kazuya, who comes to the his house to visit the cat, suddenly confessed. He thought it was just childish nonsense, but while usually being quiet, the Kazuya who is confesed his love awkwardly while his ears became red, seemed cute to Sakaguchi. But... adult love also entails sex, right?

I think there is something missing in this story. The age gap is not even important, there are a bunch of stories with the same plot, but in comparison, this story doesn't seem to know how to work it? I don't know, I couldn´t feel any emotion between Sakaguchi (seme) and Kazuya (uke), yes, they were pictured like this cute couple and everything, but I couldn't feel a conection, there wasn't any. It was like forced or something. I mean, first we didn't know anything about the parents of Kazuya, then like the cat wasn't even important, it was just the reason for them to talk but that's it, like I was expecting to see little moments with the cat being cute, being the support in sad moments or something but nothing. Second, Sakaguchi says that he feels guilty but that's it, there isn't more than that and it's just overlooked, i mean i didn't expect like a big moral dilemma on him, but still was expecting some angst on his part but nothing. Third, there was a character that could help to make Sakaguchi jealous in thar reunion, but nothing, just appeared and dissapeared. Fourth, the stalker that almost r*ped Kazuya, like tf i was expecting at least a propper beating but he just ran away and just stayed in oblivion, and then they just f*cked, ofc, a lot of stories just passed this type of scenarios like something normal, but still, I was hoping a little more of this story since he is just a kid and the other one an adult, like I was looking for a consolation or something but no. I don't know if there is something salvageable in this story, it was boring and even though it looked promising, there wasn't anything really, it was a little dissapointing
