Comments of Memory of the Future

I read Mirai no kioku, 30/03/15, to discover quite the male specimen that is Akira. He’s flamboyant in his fashion choices and breaks down the stereotypes of being homosexual. Battling with the fact that he's in love with another initially straight man, his fears are reignited. Personally, I like his quirky sense of fashion. As for Kento, he isn’t wrong to be considerate towards his grandparents but he is misconstruing the concept of marriage, evident in his sloppiness in his pursuit of forming a family. That’s why I was glad his grandma made it clear that he should get together with someone he truly loves, which was a push in the right direction. As for compete approval from Kento’s grandparents, I’m sure it’s just because Akira can get out of hand. In time, they'll see that love isn't restricted by gender.

I don't know what to say about this. Kenton seems like a great hardworking guy who tries to hard and Akira was like a slutty uncaring ass. Akira came on to Kento during a weak moment which kinda of opened up new unexpected feelings within Kento.

Kento lost his parents when he was really young and was raised by his grandparents so he wants to fulfill their wish of seeing him married with kids. He goes about fulfilling their wish crazily which is how he meets Akira. After they sleep together again Akira tells this incredible sad story about a dead lover which causes Kento to empathize and tell about his parents.

Later Kento finds out it was all a lie but Akira still has the nerve to act like the injured party. He even goes out of his way to upset Kento grandparents saying the old folks won't accept their type of relationship and gets mad at Kento because he wants him to try and get along. Akira is a jerk because he knows Kento's story and that his grandparents are all he has and he wants so much to make them happy before they die. Akira needs to realize he gave up fulfilling his grandparents wish for him. Kento choose Akira above his ideal happy family because he loves him. The story didn't really get into Akira's background and family so I couldn't really try to understand why he was the way he was.

Such a down-to-earth story..

my fave tip uke. great manga

The uke was kinda bratty and so negative. I hate ukes that can easily flirt or jump to another man after a fight with their partner. And also I find the seme quite a pushover. The part 2 has a high rating than this but since this story is not my cup of tea, I'm having a second thought if I'm still wanna read the sequel or not.

A straight man dumped for treating his gf like a highclass maid and a gay who found it all interesting, a one night stand between strangers became a messy relationship with a co-teacher.

These two are about to have a hilarious push and pull relationship about gay relationships and a vow to be together regardless of how society thinks.
