As long as you don't look for the MHA characters but just read it as smut, sure, it's okay like any other boy-tiddie-styled henta-artist-gone-yaoi works out there. They did bother using a closely resembling style for Midoriya and his AllMight moments, but they turned Todoroki into the most feminine twink you can imagine (and gave him a thirsty hentai girl type of personality...wtf).
