Ok I gave this one a 4 star. Now let me explain. I did this because the beginning of this manga confused the shit out of me and I was lost as hell. But as it continued further and tied all of it together it made things clearer. I did find this to be a very heart warming light romance yaoi. It was cute and the ending was a great ribbon on the present. I did find it cute. But it did take awhile for things to happen. But you don't even realize this because you are so drawn into it. Good story. Drawing style is ok not my top 5 but much better then others. Character build up could have been a little better along with establishing the story in the beginning then just throwing you head first. I think a lot of people will find it to be a cute read like myself.
I wonder, isn't there missing something in the beginning? Well, that was quite hard to get into it because of that. But that's not the main issue. What is bothering me, is, that Asada needed really long to reconcile with his own feelings for Nao while hurting him over and over. That was quite unnecessary. Even so, Nao needed way to long to finally confess to the always insecure Asada. Just that could have saved much pains ... But what I really liked, is, that Nao actually appears as very nice and friendly... and that's not always a thing in yaoi manga...
loved it! never reading this kind of yaoi for some time. maybe it have a little misundertanding & heart broken but when they cleared about it, they will stay together
really like this story why is this author so damn freaking amazing, the flow and the feel of the story is amazing, nothing is disjointed and everything syncs in a beautiful synergy, amazing
A cute story about a despondent salaryman and the patisserie chef who loves him quite earnestly. They meet by chance in their 20s and are close for a time, but just as the salaryman realizes he has romantic feelings for his friend, the young wannabe chef declares that he has been inspired to train in France. Desperate and bitter, the salaryman says something horrible and they fall completely out of contact, until they reencounter one another through work. It's a really cute, fun story without much objectionable in it at all. While there are a few pages missing from the first volume, it's easy enough to pick up on what's going on. Recommended if you want something sweet featuring two adults, one of whom is a delightful mess of a human being. Really, really light on the dubcon (I honestly wouldn't tag it as such, but just to be safe).
The first few pages are apparently missing from this site. In them, the characters meet in the park when Asada has passed out in a bush. Nao helps him and gives him the address to his house. The story follows the build of their friendship, which is broken when Nao moves to France to study pastry making. But they're reunited three years later and anger comes out.
First chapter is missing some pages, but you actually can say what is happening. Main character was depressed after something bad happened at work and got drunk, then Asada finds him and ask for directions to the station because is lost. Later on they bump into each other again and Asada give him directions to his workplace/home. This is where we start the story off, and Main character goes to Asada's and yeah... I couldn't find the chapter but for me it was kind of obvious and after reading comments I pieced things together
This was a cute, heartwarming and light romance drama. A lot of the relationship misunderstanding came from Asada's insecurities and ego, when he could have just accepted them and communicated better with Nao. Overall tho, you do end up cheering for them as they really are so into each other. I just wish it didnt take as long, and I wish the smut scenes were hotter as we waited so long for it to happen, lol.
Lr4 Messy, conflicted feelings, uke has self-esteem issues and it is an obstacle for interpersonal love relationships, they make it work, work, patishiere seme, cute
