I love this series. Their relationship progressed so naturally and i love how they are both so honest about their feelings

Hahah, I love it. It's like a lighthearted version of the Days of our Lives drama, BL version.
BTW, this manga is a case of "don't judge the book by it's cover". The art inside is good and it suit the type of story very much and most of all, the story is great. There's a reason why this manga spanned for three volumes.
#straight seme x #gay uke. uke had ben gay from the beginning so he shamelessly pursued the seme bec he's so inlove. however seme is straight but miraculously (more like bec. of uke's tenacity) he started responding positively. #first man.

It was really sweet at the beginning, but I don't think the development of the seme was good enough, also it shouldn't be normal to slap haruna for making him feel jealous without realizing (because the seme didn't say anything)

Re reading it like 7th time I still come back here after talking about this manga with my sis, brings back memories just how perfect and good chemistry these two has that i never seen in any manga first time a tsundere seme he may seem rude at first but he is serious guy that's why it's hard for him to accept uke right away . Even about seme having his own apartment for private and peaceful time was a correct for an adult,cuz when you become adult you love your family but sometimes you want your own personal space where no one disturbs you.
I love the chemistry and comedic scene between them i kept smiling like idiot while reading it I will come back back here again and again seme is seriously hot af even his personality is hot no wonder uke loves him!!

I really expected to like this story, but...well, the truth is that I just didn't.
The gay guy is sort of obnoxious and the straight guy is mean.
I also found the idea of their relationship kind of hard to buy into.
In short, they don't really seem to share a connection. It's just about a gay guy lusting after a straight guy because he's hot, while the straight guy seems to give in because he's bitter about love and maybe bored.
Not quite the charming romance I was expecting.

The reason this isn't 5 starts is because of that slap, I can excuse him being quiet and not showing what he's feeling but that was too much, physical abuse is a nono

Grandson of master brewer x restaurant sake sales guy, both adults. Seme's a total standoffish, inconsiderate jerk. Uke is a happy-go-lucky, pushy, selfish spaz. Uke takes his pushiness too far, to the point where he should have a restraining order on him. Feels like the seme just screws him to sate him for a time (to get him to shut up and go away for a bit and stop bothering him). But once he grudingly agrees to date the uke, he's just such an inconsiderate jerk the whole time. No chemistry. He even hits the uke after a bout of jealousy, and then accuses him of being inconsiderate when the seme had actually childishly not stated his opinion and then got mad over the situation all on his own. The uke didn't even do anything wrong, which makes this all that much more worse.

This manga is really good, except for what happens in chapters 11-14. It is not acceptable to hit someone, and when the seme did, I was shocked. I get that jealousy can occur in situations like this, but when the seme hit the uke, it felt abusive (even though it was the first time that had happened. There are parts of the manga where you see how controlling the seme is, and it straddles a fine line between being somewhat possessive and being controlling.) It especially felt abusive, as the uke did communicate with the seme, but the seme didn’t communicate with the uke. The seme just went on and on pretending he was fine with it (even when the uke SPECIFICALLY ASKED HIM), when he actually wasn’t. I don’t want to hear all of this crap by the manga that says that the uke needed to “read between the lines.” No. You communicate by using your words, tone, and body language. Saying one thing with your words while meaning the opposite with your body language is not acceptable when the other person is under one impression. Anyways, the seme does apologize, but what bothered me was that the uke tries to stop him. He should haven’t tried to brush off the seme’s apology.

Still, I actually found their relationship (except for the above incident) to be really good. They actually worked, despite having such different personalities.

ok so i'm mostly done this manga and i fucking hated it tbh. it went from being cute for the first 6 chaps to being kinda shit. i know some of the comments say that the seme isn't cold, he just gets possessive easily so he does that to the uke. But its always the uke who is chasing him, never the other way around. When the uke starts something, the seme reciprocates it, but he will never start anything on his own. he won't verbally confirm anything with the uke, and when the uke feels like talking out their miscommunications, the seme always either hangs up or just leaves. i was fucking exhausted just reading this. also when the uke's friend stayed over; i get why the seme would get angry but the uke kept asking him if he was okay with it and updating him about his ex, and the seme didn't say shit. he acted cool and nonchalant, and the uke assumed that the seme didn't care all that much because both his body language and his words seemed to show that. it would be the logical conclusion. but later on the seme hits the uke for it? who the fuck are you to do that? and even the uke didn't mind, immediately jumping to have sex with the seme. this was shit no matter how i look at it. it's not the seme's coldness that threw me off, because i thought the uke chasing after him was cute until i realized that the seme would never chase after the uke. he was just a piece of shit and i never want to read this again.

I have waited for a long time for this story to be updated since I read this in 2013 and I am glad that I waited to read this when chapter 5 came out instead of chapter 4, but now I am wanting the next chapter because I want to know how they fair being alone with each other!!! I would love to see these two together! I want to know does Nakagawa like Haruna as lovers or just friends!! I can't tag this as yaoi until the relationship goes further and I want to know if it will so PLEASE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE ASAP!!! thx D

The Uke's persistence was heartwarming and invigorating. The buildup to the kisses made them all that more wonderful. It made me cry. It made me smile. And when they finally had sex - VaVaVoom. It was not smutty, it was just right. I loved the very last page when the sister is chewing them out and their reactions. Too funny. More please!! OK, not sure I like the ending of this new chapter. Renting an apartment and didn't tell him? Why?

Nice enough story but I'm not a fan of uke chasing a seme who keeps pushing away. Maybe I'll pick it back up in the future but for now the pace is a little too slow for me. DNF @ vol1 ch3 pg28

This manga has 3 volumes and is licensed in English. It is very cheap to purchase digitally, and it is worth every penny! Great story, gets better and better as it goes.

This magnaka has manage red to get quite a few of her stories published in English. I bought almost all of them, including all the volumes of her stories. Not my favorite of hers but definitely still a good read. I don't think she's written an uke like this before, upbeat/positive/aggressive. Usually she's a bit more angsty. The uke is a salesman and he met seme at the sake brew house. Apparently, seme is also working as software engineer and uke's company is one of his clients. Uke has fallen in love with seme, despite rejected many times he never gave up.

see i love mutsuki and the overall story, but i cannot fucking stand shu. if the story wasn't so good this would be a one-star manga. shu ruins everything
