MC falls in love with a delinquent Haru and changes for him. However, she does grow and try to fix her character. Very strong and able to see her problems. Amazing shoujo

HEADS UP: It's not complete. It's short like 2 Chapters (51 pages left of 86 total not included).
I found the raw of it and just kind of connected the remaining dots. Mind you, I only know English so the following is all guessing from pictures. So continuing after V. 4 Ch. 25 (which is actually the first chapter of V. 5 by the way).

SPOILER: The two sisters get into a fight over mom and Young-won trying to escape. She ends up escaping (think about prince/princess love?) and tries to find Haru. Runs into Haru around a block corner who repeats the past she just heard in his own words with flashback images. They come to an understanding of some form (She extends hand. He accepts and embraces her). Fast forward - she's at school looking like her old self, nerdy (pig tails, glasses, etc.). Haru is not seen so I don't know if he was expelled or not (I think suspended). Sort of like a secret relationship, but not really because all the characters that were interested in our main characters (both ends) have shocking reactions to, I'm assuming, the fact they're still together. So her appearance is more for the adults and keeping that front? She goes to his house after classes un-nerds her appearance and races home (nerd-looking) to study in her room. Her sister is helping her cover. Fast forward - walking down the street she (nerd-looking) sees Haru across the street. He tells her to close her eyes and when she's uncovered them he's gone. About to cry, she realizes he's behind her. Young-won makes a scene about being upset about losing him. Haru kisses her in public with a show of strangers watching (probably showing the delinquent and nerd appearance kissing without reservations). Fast forward- She's at school with her bangs slightly difference and smiling at Haru sitting in his classroom seat. So I'm guessing he was able to return if she got her grades up, etc. like they fake broke-up (for her bangs to blunt cut like first couple chapters it had to have lasted a while maybe next midterm?). They seem happy. Go to the aquarium. Talk a lot with smiles and flowery backgrounds behind her (so probably fantasizing about her dreams in the future with him and they're outlandish per usual). He shows her a card with writing (invitation.. more likely a score card) and they race off to HOOTERS (only English word lol) and celebrate with her sister and best friend. The number 100 keeps pops up in conversation so I think we're surprising Young-won with a party about test scores like they can date now or something (I don't know if they're his score or her's since they both had expectations placed upon their scores. Could be her's like the promise or his like he's making progress with his past?). He gives her a necklace and the sister coaxes them to kiss in at the restaurant.. it's like a 3 page build up with her thought bubbles around the full-body drawn, standing kiss. The end!

Hope that helps. Sorry it's short and blunt. I don't really comment but I was looking everywhere for someone else who had done this lol.

I like this. Cute too! Re-read this definitely. Drawing are a little bit better than ok but cute! The plot is good.
