Tbh wish they had given the uke more personality and more of a role to play in the story, also felt anti climatic and unresolved, love sihan tho he has my whole heart
Look, I almost like the story. But there is something about the story and character that is lacking, what do you call it, plot hole? I don't think that's the word. For example (spoiler ahead) When Kyon decided to drink tea together with Lucaon the first time, the person who gave and suggest Kyon the tea is Cristophe. Sure, maybe cecille did suspect Cristophe and peek into his memory and didn't find anything sus BUT for a Royal Blood being who live for a long time (probably thousand or hundred years already) these people sure did not have info on their wikis about their species of having the power to block memory or disguise memories such as Cristophe did. And they even knew Cristophe is half-blood. Not very competent species these Royal Blood people, isn't it? especially Ryan and Cecille. I wouldn't really blame Cecille since she did do the best she can to find out about it. Ryan is a scum and hypocrite. Calling him scum might be a bit much, but hypocrite, yes. He 'suspect' Cristophe, yet didn't really make his move and just wait to go to Intron mansion and get himself stabbed. Serve him right. He has a soft spot for Cristophe, this betrayer. before any of those happen, when Kyon decided to be honest about who he is, Ryan go apeshit and give Kyon a scare to the point of driving Kyon to do attempted suicide on himself, Ryan reaction when Kyon did that is, he's smiling. wtf is that. No matter what he is a scum after all. Piece of shit. Also, no offense. I couldn't care less about Ryan dying. Its easy to make me hate a character when he act that way toward other character.
(end spoiler)
Also, the story seem to focused more on these other side characters than the main characters on the cover. It's something that I'm not very fond of tbh. The balance between the mcs and these side characters seem weird. Heck, maybe these side characters appear on more panel and pages than the mcs. Characters in this story is quite bland, I'll be honest. I'd this 4.2 out of 5.
Edit- reading the author note at the end, no wonder the mcs on the cover appear less. its because the planning is for Sihan as the mc, and also action oriented rather than BL. I'd actually be interested with that more. Sihan as main character, action oriented, with Lucaon in a homosexual relationship with Kyon. That'd be interested. I mean, where else would you read an action manhwa where the main character (probably) not in romance but the side characters is , and gay at that. You don't get to read a 'shounen or seinen or action' webtoon with lgbt side characters. I haven't found such webtoon yet. Psycho Pass did have lgbt side characters tho.

Ch33
Huge waste of my time, disappointing, rape
I always come back to this authors work <3
fin. (Surprisingly enough BYE) honestly wasn’t really fond of it that much, it was just ok at most for me bye idk if its bcs it was years ago but i remember i dont particularly enjoy the progression that much.
in ch.41 he stops him from leaving
Dropped at ch 6, tf was THAT? ☠
One of those very first yaois I've read. It got kinda royal novel book couple vibes. Loved it
I feel like the story was abruptly finished. What happened to the development of the cure to the vs solution? Did Lucaon really give up on it? And what happened to Christoph's brother? Did he decide to leave them alone after Ryan died cuz he knows they won't be able to develop the cure without him or what? I have so many questions.
I love this story so much. It is dark and twisted, possessive, and the dependency on each other is at max level 10. Definitely not for the faint of heart. For sure reread material, and I have reread it several times.
,
I re-read this one like every two years, it’s just so good.
