After 9 Hours tracks Deguchi as he develops a crush on the straight Onoda, but doesn't dare reveal his feelings for fear of rejection. The World is Full of Colour is about how Onoda and Deguchi negotiate their feelings for each other as they deal with the realization of mutual attraction, fear of betrayal, jealousy and moving past games. Realistic, truthful, yet light and breezy, this is one of the best yaoi mangas I've read, and definitely on my favourites list.

Serial adulterer, Kyouichi, is blackmailed into being kissed by Imagase, a college friend, who now works as a private detective investigating unfaithful spouses. Kyouichi doesn't have the courage to turn down any woman who makes a pass at him, but he denies that he is gay. This is a mature and, sometimes, heartbreaking story about the deeply flawed straight man beloved by a gay man. It isn't easy going, even at the end.

Kyouichi and Imagase are together, but Imagase cannot let go of his suspicions toward Kyouichi, and a situation with a beautiful colleague at Kyouichi's workplace throws everything into chaos. Can Kyouichi find strength inside himself, or is he destined to flow with whichever currents move the strongest? If anything, this story surpasses it's first installment Kyuuso Ha Cheese no Yume Omiru. It full of romantic intrigue and suspense, and all the characters are flawed, but lovable.

Tamaki loves Tomoyuki, a professional photographer who suddenly disappeared from his life three years prior. Now that Tomo has returned to Japan, Tamaki wants to renew their friendship, but Tomo avoids him. Tamaki thinks this is because he was too much of a child, but there is a tragic event in his past which precipitated Tomo's desertion, and it hasn't been resolved.

Homura and Touji have been secretly involved since university. Their secrecy and the difficulty of their situation means that Homura has attracted a very persistant suitor in his employee and number one host, Kyouya. When Touji manipulates his newfound power as head of his faction, it appears that he and Homura must part, but has Homura read the purpose of his actions correctly?

Kyouya has abandoned his infatuation for Homura, the yakuza boss of the host club where he once worked, and has now fixed his sights on Kiriya, the emotionally distant assistant professor of cultural studies at the university Kyouya now attends. At first, the pair antagonize each other, and some of the blows they come to (both emotionally and physically) are a bit over-reactive, but Kyouya's openness and "glue-like" perseverance have ways of warming the hardest hearts.

t seems strange to call a story realistic, when it's about a drop-dead gorgeous male model (Ray) who happens to be straight, and his best friend from school (Shingo), who blurts out that he's gay the minute they introduce themselves to each other. In every other respect, Shingo is completely circumspect and discreet, keeping even his crush on Ray so close to his chest, that there is a danger Ray will never learn the depth of his feelings. What does it take to change a stalemate?

A simple story of how Kanda wins over Rihito who had repeatedly spurned his advances because he is bi, and to his way of thinking, may leave him in the future for a woman. What isn't so simple is how Kanda actually breaks through Rihito's resistance. Like most of Tenzen Momoko's stories, this one has a very pleasant, easy pace with many sparkly moments. Every time Rihito goes wide-eyed with surprise, a fairy is born.
