The seme blackmails the uke. I guess its a bad beginning to blossoming sweet relationship. (the seme does get better)

Two enemies who always quarrel, one is the head of the culture department while the other is is the head of the sports department at school

Urgh....I am not able to find this one manga I was reading! It was abt a salesman and a kindergarten teacher who taught at his nephew's playschool and only smiled at kids. Anyone know this one??
