you could do worse

two classmates hook up, one who is serious and one who is a player. then baseball clubmates (shounen-ai). then a stern supervisor breaks his glasses and has to rely on the kindness of his subordinate (shounen-ai). the main story is decent, pretty sexy. the others are pretty good, too, esp the glasses one. nice art for the most part, some of the body proportions can be wonky at times, tho.

first- childhood friends, i like the conversation they have about rushing the physical side of the relationship, but i really hate how violent naoto is. second- incest, the younger brother really is a deadbeat, and i wonder how much of his life has been colored by his knowledge of his brother's feelings for him. third- new kid in town is reunited with former acquaintance, a delinquent. this one is pretty great, hence the three stars. i love a delinquent in love and mutual love. cute art.

interior designer and project manager/straight x gay. wasn't really into it the first time i read it, but i appreciated it more the second time. sakaki is a rather closed-off person who acknowledges that he's gay but can't get into serious relationships. okada is interested in him as a person, and is a more 'in the moment,' but not shallow, guy. deals with confronting personal boundaries and acceptance. the extra from okada's POV was excellent-relationships are work

pretty good- some of the middle stories were a bit hard to follow. like the story of the two dads, funny and sweet, nice art.

first stories are continuation of kozure ookami. next is about a guy obsessed with cherie aizawa, now the owner of a drag club.

really liked the seme. a lot of discussion of gender labels about the uke. wish the pace had been a little slower, but that's how one shots usually go. nice art.

i was really digging it, esp eiji's uncertainty and developing feelings, and then tatsumi kind of lost his shit. that conversation in the car was intense, and i felt like eiji had a right to be as put-off by it as i was. decent art. ch 6 is side story for konya, mr. de.

sweet, metaphorical first two chapters- about a man who has drowned his feelings like the dammed site of the almost-tryst he had with his first love. the last two resolve the MCs inner conflict very nicely. and the sex scene is hott. nice art.

two couples/two story arcs, semi-connected.
first story is about a boxer and a chef who have known each other since their school days. decent.
second story picks up with the doctor/senpai from the first story and his unrequited love vs physical relationship with a fellow doctor. actually pretty sweet, but i felt a little bad for mitsuru once he was honest. nice art.
