This story is a good mix of incredible art and a VERY remarkable plot. It was so beautiful that I want to see this made into a movie and to be honest, it deserves one. The character development, the pacing, the tragic pasts, even the deaths, EVERYTHING is well-thought and contributes to the plot development. There's no dull chapter and every page is a roller coaster ride.
The art may be unappealing at first but the plot is so beautiful. I initially thought that it's the typical love story of an ugly character and the gorgeous one but it was deeper than that. It's about bullying, tragic pasts, and broken relationships. The best thing is, this story shows the development of every character while facing all those hardships head on. The emotions as well as the lines are perfect for every scene. This was truly one of my favorites.
The plot is so well-thought out and well-written that I found it hard to stop reading. It was REALLY GOOD, a masterpiece even.
The story revolves around Ian, a very talented painter who was abused and forced to paint for someone else, and Raymond, a merchant who has an equally dark and hard past. Their relationship all throughout was very complicated and frustrating however, the smooth story telling always makes you want more.
I'll definitely re-read this if I have the time.
I read this in the hope of a simple, fluffy story and instead of giving me just that, it gave me so much more. I love how realistic this goes and how everyone can relate to the pain and the joy of falling in love. Lin Xiang and Guang perfectly represent the struggle of kids who love the same gender and instead of going on the fast lane, this story gave us a spectacular plot. It may be simple but it will always stay in my heart.
This manhua is truly a fun experience. While every chapter is brief, it always makes you crave for more. And that's a good thing! I love the slow development of the characters because that's reality. You could actually feel how they truly care for one another and I treasure everything that Old Xian gives the readers.
It's been so long since I've read this story and I have actually forgotten most of it. However, I remember that this one is the story that I NEVER regretted reading. It was a masterpiece. It made me believe that I am in the story's world too. I was so engrossed with the gorgeous plot that sometimes, I forgot the need for physical contact of the main characters. It was that beautiful.
I read this without knowing that the author was the same as Silver Diamond's. I was attracted by the first chapter, a demon and a human and the endless possibilities of falling in love. It was beautiful and I spent so much sleepless nights reading this nonstop. I initially thought that it's just dragging but I was wrong, it was building up the plot and I was left so satisfied. Sugiura Shiho will always be one of the authors I want to meet someday to express my love for her stories.
This will always be one of my favorites and the one I always go back to when I want to cry. It holds a very special place in my heart because not only does it tackle misunderstandings in a very realistic way, it also shows family trauma and a lot of other things. It was so much more than what I expected and I love it so much. I really wish there was a continuation or side stories about this. The emptiness I feel whenever I finish re-reading it is always enormous. I want more of them. I want to s
This was a combination of a very beautiful art and such amazing plots. It is composed of different stories but it is still connected to the main plot. I never even got bored once. It was so perfectly written and the funny and action scenes blended so well with one another. I'm pretty sure anyone who wishes for a great plot will never regret reading Adekan.
Don't get me started on this one. I wanna write 10 pages of review about this story. I CRIED AFTER READING THIS AND I PRACTICALLY FORCED ALL MY FRIENDS TO READ THIS. I love tragic stories combined with an amazing plot idea so my love for it just exceeded boundaries. "His Romance of 500 Years" really lasted for 500 years and I swear, my heart is still aching for this one. I wanna write a good review but the space is just too limited but I swear, this was a masterpiece
