22 chaps (16 main [5*] + 6 plus extras) - Book 1 of 2 (Book 2: Magnolia Waltz) - The two books combine to make one of the most wonderful love stories I have read so far!
13 chaps [5*] - Book 2 of 2 (Book 1: Waltz wa Shiroi Dress) - These two books combine to make one of the most wonderful love stories I have read so far!
21 CHAPS [5*] - Building a lasting, loving relationship in spite of a hostile, murderous ghost is a challenge.
4 chaps [5*] - deep, sweet story of love and loss with enjoyable art.
18 chaps [5*] - He's a vampire who won't drink blood, is destined to live 1000 years and he is dreading it. She's human and she will be lucky to live long enough to see the next snowfall. Can a dying human teach an 'eternal' vampire that life is worth living?
9 chaps [5*] - Differences (and disabilities) don't have to keep you apart. Lovely story of loving in spite of them.
[5*]- I don't normally venture into the 'sports' arena, but this looked cute, and now I'm really glad I did. The sports part is not the genre, but rather a plot element to put our players in different fields, and the result is a pure, seemingly lopsided love that oozes sweet, cute and wonderful, but it's also not pure syrup. There is angst, but the story is not angst driven. I found myself grinning often. This kind of love... It's what I wish for kids these days
[5*] - I really like this! A strong compassionate girl & misunderstood boy are not wholly original, but one thing that puts this manga above the rest in the 'teen love' category is having a male lead who is above base animal instincts! I was disappointed that the couple never talked about his reasons, but be sure, his keeping their relationship pure is very deliberate. Don't mistake me; its an enjoyable story, but one star is devoted entirely to Toro's morals.
[5*]- Pure redemptive high school romance at its best.
11 chaps [5*] - "Soldiers do not go to war because they hate the people in front of them, but because they love the people behind them." Well drawn.
