typical japanese thinking: victims take the blame in order to not bother others :/. the mangaka seems to not realize that she created two characters with sociopathic personalities. the one of the principal story, the yakuza. and the student with an obsession with his 'childhood friend who tried to kill him. I worked for over 15 years as a human rights advocate and we learn about the secrets problems of most countries. one of the problems in japan is that they don't take rape and sexual crimes seriously. that's why is so common in manga/anime and not only yaoi but in any adult genre. but victims are so scared for their families reputations and such (japanese society is one about shame and stereotype) that they shut up. and yep statistics show the rape low because most of the victims don't report it. in japanese law is only considered rape vaginal penetration, not anal, oral, etc. so under japanese law men can't be raped. :/
About your first two points kazushi did apologize after for "taking the punishment too far" and he vaguely explained that he "can feel hurt too." About the rest well most of it got explained already but within most Japanese relationships it's widely accepted that girls (or in this case the girls' role) should be more submissive with their partner and basically everyone in Japan accepts it.

I wanted to ask you, did you experienced groping in train, buses, ect or knew people who were victims of it?? groping was added to the sexual crimes list. even authorities are aware of that problem and seems to be on the raise in the lasts years. but it makes me sick these narrow minded kids excusing the unusual romanticize of rape as fantasies, the poor sillies are unable to see the difference from a fantasy to glamorize a crime

there was a scene that i just DIDN'T GET AT ALL!!
Why after he ravished the poor sensei, he first of all 1) didn't apologised 2) didn't made any explanation of his behaviour whatsoever! 3)threat him like everyting was fine in a split of a second and the sensei had all the fault?
