It's just like a movie about car-thief.. We must not show realistic step 1-2-3 how to steal car otherwise it'll become manual for thief instead and sure be sued by car industry.
We need to keep in mind that some people can't distinguish fiction & reality, some people wanna imitate what they read/watch.. That's why we limit audience type for some kinds. And in case they can't limit audience type, they decrease risk by exaggerate it or make it as fantasy theme to emphasize that it's just fiction.
I have my own rule, I never recommend the sick-violent sex, especially the ones can kill partner like raping by putting traffic-cone, broom, bottle, etc. no matter in front page or in my lists.
