I think ppl are getting desperate for excuses so they say she was raped. The truth is Kyokos mother just plain did not want her and she wanted to abort her. Kyoko has a sad backstory. It is what it is and she doesn't have a happy traditional family.
Well I was reading somewhere that Japan does adoptions and since Kyoko's mom didn't even want to give birth how come putting the future kid up for adoption (since she had Sho's parents take care of her anyway) didn't even cross her mind.... I mean she even thought of committing suicide
Kyoko's mom might have sucked, but Kyoko wouldn't have become the fairy she is today without the life she lived through.
