It was published by Sublime so you can find it on their site, and basically anywhere else ebooks are sold: Kindle by Amazon, Nook by Barnesnnoble, eManga maybe.... (iBooks is the only one that doesn't sell yaoi that I know of, because they're prudish)...

All 3 volumes are already available in English digitally. You can buy it and read it just about anywhere that sells ebooks. I'm always a huge proponent of buying manga and supporting the industry, and this story is certainly worth the money.
