Hahaaa, oh god. You can try asking him like, "hey, i still have really important information on that phone, can i quickly transfer it over to my laptop/phone/etc? I'll give it back when i'm done."
or just steal it while his sleeping and transfer stuff back or delete it, if when you ask he doenst give it back

My brother took my old broken phone without my permission and transfered the data I had there. He wanted good, but there was so many yaoi stories, pics and even drama cd's! xD I don't think he looked at it yet, how can I make him delete that without him getting suspicious. L.O.L. xP
