Dude, same thing happened to me couple of months ago. You could get an adblocker, but I just log in here whenever i read(that reduces the pop ups significantly)
In my case I was reading a manga on my phone, and when i touched my screen to change the page, this pop-up ad for a porno site came up. I kept hitting the return button to go back to Mangago but the porn site wouldn't let me and then a warning came up saying that by being on that page I was consenting to viewing child porn and it even had my address details I was freaked out and just closed the browser. After posting my concern here someone told me if I stayed logged into Mangago I wouldn't have problems like that again. Hope this helped?

Yes I think such things can be considered just money making scams. Police, FBI etc would contact you directly. Also I wonder could you get away only with small fee in such a case...

It's easily solved by just 'SIGN IN'.

It is a virus, you need to have a good antivirus that stops your popups and see if you maybe have downloaded a program that forcing you to have popups
