Yes you're right! I Have read this manga so many times but still don't have a clue :D
I think it was he reached a certain age or something and he was no longer aloud to do stuff with others or something like that : /. So maybe there was no one he was supposed to marry then? just he was no longer aloud to mess around until marriage?
I can't be the only one to wonder what happened with Leo's marriage? He was supposed to get married that day, that was why he couldn't kiss Saitou anymore and why they got into that fight. And then, it got forgotten about? Seriously, I can't be the only one to have noticed. >_>
