I'm sorry but did you just call the story that I've read hundreds of times over the last three years that I've been painstaking ly waiting for any kind of news stupid? I have no issue with you not liking the manga, however don't misunderstand. If I were to call a manga that you'd waited almost three years on and after a year and a half you discover it on the website you found and are over joyed just to find that it still hasn't updated really. However you remain faithful just for some one half a year later to call the story stupid. I hope you can see why at the moment I kinda want to kill you, sorry.

I can't be too sure, but S/he did express disappointment about how 'it's never going to be updated'. I'd say that's enough proof that s/he cares to read it.

Please don't misunderstand. I was once a fan of Hua hua you long. In fact I read this manga the moment it came online. Yea -.- don't jump to conclusions. I was once infatuated with the art and design but then I read the horrible truth in its novel version.
A story that justifies Rape culture, disregard of any human rights by the emperor, incest between uncle and nephew, an emperor doing whatever he wants even if he was stressing his own wife with his anxiety and even going as far as warring with a territory to get his crush. He does really violent rape, wouldn't take no for an answer, stuff like scratching Lu Cang's chest with a bloody sharp pin and name calling, and disregard for dignity of women (the emp's wife). All this while, he was doing unspeakable things like lusting for his uncle when he was playing with Lu Cang. Heck, he only cries and kneels a bit cos he claims to be in love with Lu Cang, but that act still did not justify all the horrific things he did. He just simply shove everything out once there was irreversible damage done, like sending his own wife, his crush's daughter to exile when it was him that drove her to that stupid extent of killing her own suicidal father! Even if the author tries to change him for the better, there is no antidote for his evil biatchy actions and all the stuff that happened to him is far too light for retribution. It is a bad mistake to put something like him as a romantic partner. This isn't even a good piece of yaoi. Just fraught with cringe compilations of flawed logic, flawed human rights and milking a male cow for romance and melodrama. -.- rape porn in words, even worse than fifty shades of grey and I thought I'd never say this in my life. Good points? Great artwork. The end. I dun care if you're mad or not. Just remember the values you've overlooked as you try to justify the characters in the story to milk out a romantic plot. If it was a tragedy or just normal ending of forgiveness, then I could understand... But romance -.- bleh, that's just too long a stretch to be real or acceptable.

Thank you!!! Finally someone puts into words what I was thinking. The art is beautiful, but that can't make up the horrendous things that go on in the story.
If I actually read the novel I would definetly destroy the book or device I'm reading. Simply because I want the prisinor to be treated more lovingly. Its even worse if he actually does not care for him. I wanna reach in the book and kill him slowly. Sigh but I really want this story to get finished so I know I'd the ending is a good one or not.
