I guess the only part that truly pissed me off is when Izumi kissed Hikaru on the street and Asakura saw them...I don't know why the fuck Izumi kissed Hikaru then but it disappoints me that the way the fact they did the make-up scene, they didn't build on that fact. Like, Izumi wasn't working at that time, why did he kiss him and why did Asakura not question more. Atleast Izumi did say that he, "can't deny it." But it pisses me off that the problem solving was so nonchalant.
I guess that Japanese people aren't the same with relationships as us gaijin are...what's work is work...THAT KISS WITH HIKARU AND IZUMI STILL BUGS ME TO NOW END! ;-;
I love this story so much. I adore the plot, I adore the character development, I love the 4 main characters and I LOVE THE FACT THAT THE AMOUNT OF REALISM IS PERFECT! This was something so sweet and innocent. It showed different expects of the LGBTQ community. It showed that you can be a "late bloomer" and you can find a 2nd love and happiness with someone and you can fall in love at any age. It is such a beautiful and warm story that it'll forever be engraved in me and I will have fluttering feelings when I think of it and I thoroughly enjoyed this and I do wish there was more and I do wish they showed the dad's relationship after they got together but it was perfect;-; :') <3
