If you look again, Chapter 9.1 (the one that says "New") has ALL the remaining chapters right to the very end of the manga (including chapter 10 and the remaining ones). So 9.1 has all remaining chapter in English in just ONE chapter (therefore, it's a very long one).
It's been 4 years since I last read this and is still good, but I still can't read the last chapters. Chapter 10 is not in English and the new chapter is not even working does anyone know where I can read the last chapter in English.
