I think it is more than just bromance between Takara and Kiyomine. But at the same time, I don't think it is something too explicate. It is love alright. Maybe the actions happen behind the scene. But it is definitely love that they have for each other.
Excuse me but do you know what the term bromance means? The manga has shounen ai as one of its genres which means calling their relationship bromance couldn't be more off.
