From the scanlator...

Man, so I'm never working on an artbook again... You guys seem to hate them...

There's the fanbook too, which is ~153 pages, but most of it is non-cannon comic done by other authors who appreciate Takanaga-Sensei's work. There's no point in working on that now, if no one wants it since it's not cannon comic, interviews, and other (what I find to be) fun stuff... Which I find sad cause there's a part where Senpai is asked about his feelings for Morinaga.

There's an extra with the new volume (10), but that won't be too long... I'll work on that, but otherwise...

There shouldn't be any more work from Takanaga-Sensei's KSB series for another year or so. I was hoping that doing the artbook and fanbook would tide people over until Takanaga-Sensei picks up the series again, but that seems to not be in the case.

Aw well... Back to working on Hana to Hirari

I loved the artbook and old little details I had forgotten about. Arigatou gozaimasu! Also can't believe it'll be a year until the story continues (╥﹏╥)

I've been Reading the comments here, and it was really getting on my nerves, people always depreciating others people work. Please, don't mind them, because I LOVED THE ARTBOOK, and i know how much time you put in it, and that is precious. We will never be able to thank you enough. But please, if you still want... keep posting things . KSB is never enough, every little thing makes my day (OMG, those interviews must be amazing, i wanna read them so much :D). Again, thank you so so much for everything.

    Sorry for my bad english

    Yuu April 14, 2016 10:38 pm

No, I really like the artbook!
And sorry to ask but why Takanaga-sensei wont work on Koisuru Boukun? Is she is taking a break from mangas, working on another manga or this is the normal time between the volumes?
    Thanks for the artbook anyway!ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ~

    UGH April 22, 2016 2:07 pm

Oh no I love this artbook
Probably people hate it only cuz they were expecting an actual update but front mind them

But why is it going to take a year for the new update

    fanatla April 23, 2016 8:57 pm

Really are you that great person behind this publication?.... I loved it!!!... Thank you very much!!! Without people like you, we would not know about this wonderful and beautiful story. I hope you you regain your interest and you update us with more KSB's material in the future.

nah like the people on here have no chill so like sorry that there were so many negative connotations on this shit because if their not happy then they could go fuck themselves fam, because you put your time into this and probably expected better out of the fanbase. they just have no respect so just ignore them and only talk to the people who actually appreciate your hard work

    AbbeyG April 29, 2016 10:19 pm

No way I absolutely appreciate the artbook, thank you so much really!

    ToQ-Gogo May 21, 2016 5:48 am

I too would like to give my thanks on the art book.

Ignore the haters. I LOVED the artbook chapter. I've been buying the volumes when I can but some of them are priced incredibly high here in the states and getting any other items from Koisuru Boukun is near impossible. I completely appreciate the time and effort that went into the artbook chapter.

You seem to have come down with a bit of a martyr complex there, Scanlator-chan. Can I call you a whaaaaambulance? Maybe get you some whine and cheese?

    Screw you!
They work hard so English speakers can enjoy stories they otherwise couldn't.
But all jackoffs like you, who've probably never done anything that was 99% selfish, do is complain.
How about you keep your nastiness to yourself in the future?
Or better yet, just don't come to this site.

I second this. They do a shit ton of work to give people who can't read japanese a chance to read this stuff, FOR FREE.

I've never worked with Rayneism before but I'm part of a scanlation group and we do work our ^sses off. Most of us have either jobs, school, or families some of us have all three. We give up our free time and our groups spend money on raws and most groups pay for a website too. All of that has to be paid for out of our pockets unless someone wants to donate. Then add in the hours for translation, then the cleaning and redrawing, typesetting, proofreading, quality checking, and then loading the chapters to the sites for release. If all of these scanlation groups didn't exist then sites like this wouldn't exist. There wouldn't be English translations of most manga.

I too would like to give my thanks for your hard work. You just can't make people understand or realize that's it's not easy and requires a lot of time and patience.
