I think he is. But he always get compared to jing's beauty. I think when he left jing and jing desperate and stuff, the general (i forgot ) said something like that. Not sure. But i think he is.
Its been a while since I've finished reading the novel, and if I remember correctly I think it was mentioned that he is quite decent looking. Idk bout you but I think lu cang looks and was drawn handsomly. Well his beauty might be inferior to jing but he is still dayum handsome.
He is described as extraordinarily handsome. Read Chapter two of the novel when he went to have the seal read. that old man described him as a very handsome young man with dashing sword shaped brows.

It was described in the novel. therefore, his great looks are CANON. plus, he's hunky. he is only weak when it comes to jing. even jing acknowledges his manly looks (in contrast to jing's delicate girly face) even among his men, they could confidently say that his looks stand out.

In the manga also whene third dump brothercalled him pretty bau he sais that he was called "handsom" but this is the first someone called him "pretty "and then he cursed the divil king jing
Is Lu Cang handsome? I know he is manly but it was never mentioned in the manga nor in the novel if he was handsome or not.
If I remember correctly, he was called 'vulnerable','The Eagle'. But never said anything relating to his face.
