Don't blame the author. Blame the complainers. Author is still working on this. In fact, there have been two new chapters, one just released last week. But they aren't being posted here anymore because people complained too much that the chapters were too short. So now instead of short chapters, you get nothing because of the whiners.
So why the author doesn't want to finish this? Oh , please! I really like this though
