Ok....this is only a hunch but this thing is on my mind for a while but. ......ope ope fruit's power can give another person immortality at the cost of user's own life so.......do you think that the previous user gave Kaido immortality and that is why he can't die. .....................................don't you think so. ............

    ah ok, to me immortal means living forever but you can kill him, i think i misunderstood the definition of immortal.
    i thouht the ope ope fruit gave you only an eternal life, but i think i am wrong

    I also have a haunch but a different one and that is during the fight with kaido luffy will loose his life and may be just may be law would perform that immortality operation on him
