Some people were totally ungrateful about the update, complaining or disappointed that it wasn't a chapter. Everyone needs to realize that the person had worked their butt off- doing the translation and setting up all the pages even though it was an artbook but still they put effort into it. I was filled with such disappointment on how everyone else acted, I never expected something like that to ever happen.
Honestly who didn't appreciate the artbook, how would you like it if I went "here you go- there is the script for the manga, you must draw all the pages and have to do the translation as well" now that doesn't seem relatable to the process of making the artbook but still. Please note that the author and Sumac Scanlations (or others that do translations) are not machines. They have lives y'know? they both can't just be constantly working on the pages everyday! Be grateful for what you have gotten because they worked really hard for just getting the pages out just for all of you so don't complain that there were only art instead of chapters. "There shouldn't be any more work from Takanaga-Sensei's KSB series for another year or so. I was hoping that doing the artbook and fanbook would tide people over until Takanaga-Sensei picks up the series again, but that seems to not be in the case." That broke my heart reading that because the scanlator was trying to help us out but all we did was complain how it was only an art book and it was really nerve wracking for me when finding out there would of been a fanbook but sadly that's not going to happen because of everyone didn't seem to appreciate the artbook and no one wants a non cannon comic apparently (unless it's just me who has a different opinion in this situation??). To put that aside, I absolutely appreciate the art book, it shows how far the characters have developed and the author as well. This is one of my favorite manga and I deeply wish later on we will see more of it.
