I don't but you have my sympathy I bet that was agonizingly frustrating...
Have you tried the image translation from google translator? It's not that accurate but since sound effects are short it might get them right.
I am in dire need of a Japanese speaking person. We have translated the chinese version of volume 4 but the sound effects are somehow in Japanese so the Chinese translator was unable to translate those. We need someone who is willing to translate those sound effects, for that you would have to speak both Japanese and English. If you want to help please e-mail me at: [email protected]
