Who are you meaning by Levi not killing? Erwin or the Ape Titan? If it's Erwin your meaning then that wouldn't be accurate. Yes he had stated it in the past but he obviously has grown past all that due to the fact of him stating he was going to keep his promise to Erwin and kill all the titans, not to mention his excessive rage.
No I mean the ape titan. It happened with Reiner too, they keep getting away.
I keep saying that the next chapter will be better but then things get worse! :( I was really hoping that Erwin would survive, he's the second love of my life!! (Levi's the first lol) I can't believe Levi didn't kill him....
