As much as I may not like Shinya I don't think the other brother was any better. I mean if he loved him enough, then instead of rebelling when he was asked to participate in the rape he would have done something earlier and stop everything. So Yoshito was just as guilty to me. But still I'm not all against him ending with Shinya. He did started to like him. (At one point he wonders why was he heart racing because of Shinya). But it was barely mentioned. And it wasn't quite developed, so in the end it looked as if it was out of pity. Maybe if it was mentioned more the fact that Ryuu had growing feelings towards Shinya then it wouldn't have been so abrupt.
