I love this manga and it is one of my favorites, but you can't forget that what Kanou has done is wrong and Ayase is a victim.

Pleasure does NOT mean it isn't rape. Kanou had no consent from Ayase, it was rape. Ayase must say he wants to have sex in order for it not to be rape. Please stop trying to avoid this issue to try and make yourself feel better about this relationship.
I do love this manga but it is incredibly unrealistic and cruel towards Ayase. This is a manga about debt being lost through unwilling sex work, aka rape.
