am i seriously the only one who wondered how in the hell the kuran bloodline was even able to continue with how kaname was? cause it doesn't look like that business had anything to do with the woman represented as the person he loved before... i wanna know who he married afterwards that bore him children, how could he not have an inkling of care or even memory for that person???

and honestly, the whole incest mess made it hyper disgusting... i was more okay with them being brother and sister despite being a little turned off by it because of the way the story lined up (with the pureblood background and everything, most royals in actual history did that kinda of stuff too, still gross, but it was interesting) but then we find out that he's not just her brother, he's really her super old way way back ancestor however many greats GRANDPA bordering the most nasty incest ever made possible on top of pretty much pedophilia...

the whole time, i felt like yuuki, nor even kaname, didn't really love each other or know what it was, yuuki wanted this perfect relationship with him and it felt so much more like she was more obsessed with him and just in love with the idea of having him by her side than anything... on top of this, she basically torments zero while admitting she loves him and continually runs around like a chicken with her head cut off, kaname saved her life, big whoop, he's your brother and was supposed to protect you in that situation, she owed him nothing and she didn't belong to him, it was almost like Stockholm syndrome... but it definitely wasn't real love, she was worse than bella swan, at least that chick made a choice

and then there's kaname, seriously what the fuck, that dude was evil, and people didn't want to see it because it was under the guise of nobility and honorable intentions and shit... he saw yuuki as a threat to his plan which was basically to rid the world of purebloods like why did he have to get so fucking stupid... he treated everyone like pawns on a chessboard and clearly saw no value in the lives manipulating the shit out of everything and everyone, including yuuki in the end all under the guise that they were monsters, and i'm just like, okay, if a tiger eats a human, does that make it a fucking monster??? no... it's just a tiger, it's a predatory animal, it eats other animals, that's what it does, it's just another being trying to survive in a world that humans don't know how to share, so fuck that shit, fuck that stupid shit mentality you have kaname, human life doesn't not trump other animals lives, all life is equally important and has a right to live and be protected, and i know zero hated vampires with his prejudice shit but at least he has a traumatic background on top of purebloods like yuuki and kaname continuing to torment him and might be easier to change than that old motherphukin' psychotic mentality kaname has

like why can't they just be smart and work something out that would benefit everyone... kaname's an evil tool and fool, yuuki is an indecisive idiot, and zero is stuck in their mess being tormented and hateful because of it...
