so um a question
does otakumole scan the manga or do they just translate in?

Raffmanga.ch or otakumole.ch scans the mangas and posts them online for the viewers to see and they also added a tool for people who can understand and read japanese but cant sacanlate and photoshop... they can just directly translate the conversation balloons in the manga by putting a balloon and add the translation
