No I think there will be a happy ending( or at least bittersweet but with hope.) That's the theme of the story: how two damaged people can help/cure each other, or how love can save a broken soul who believes he can never be in a happy/healthy relationship. Plus this mangaka doesn't like sad endings, I don't remember any.

I think this manga will have a sad ending. When Yashiro told Ryuuzaki "Who do you think will live longer you or me" I think maybe Yashiro die in the end or Doumeki gave his life to save his boss ahhhh my God I hope no. But I think someone of the character have to die and there be Hiroto. Die Hiroto let my Yashiro live happy with Doumeki both deserve love and happiness. And sex sex sex jaja
