Here's a quick summary in the meantime, I gave a reaaally quick one in a previous comment but here is more detail. Because of the way the pages are scanned some of the dialogue is hard to make out.
Because of the typhoon they are grounded and stuck at the ryokan. Because of cancelations they are able to stay one more night, but there's only 3 rooms available. Of course Takano is forcing Ritsu to share a room with him (even though Ritsu keeps saying he wants to share with anyone else... but Takano uses work power harassment ;)
The heavy rain reminds Takano of that time Ritsu came back to school and brought him an umbrella (see: case of Takano Masamune 1. It's cute he brings this up because this is the incident that catalyzed Takano falling in love!) and Ritsu doesn't remember. Takano says Ritsu was always stalking him back then and Ritsu asks him not to talk about him like he's a criminal or something lol. Takano tells him that even though back then he wouldn'thave thought they'd ever travel together in such a storm, this time, he's glad they're here together, and kisses him. Ritsu gets all worked up about doing that kind of thing here and Takano asks him if it's ok in the room lol. Takano kisses him again but they're interrupted by Kisa who wants to go into the bath with Ricchan. Takano gets pissed and tells Ritsu next time they have to do it at least 3 times and Ritsu's all "wtf is that!" While poor Kisa is all "what're you guys talking about"

The little doodle at the end is Ritsu with the udon set he bought for himself :) and a bunch of the usual thank yous from the author for the series having reached volume 11.

Btw, I noticed the numbering system on this site is incorrect, not sure why it says the most recent chapters are volume 9, they are actually volume 11. Starting from next chapter released at end of August will be whatever goes into volume 12.
