I see FeiLong as a seke. He can take or receive depending on his mood and tastes. I agree with Lady L , I too see Tao as a son of Fei . Despite the dream sequence I don't think Fei would touch Tao in that way. the playfulness between Arbatov and Feilong is suggestive . At times it feels more like two sibs teasing each other. Yoh we know Yoh is steadfast and in love with Fei long. I'd like to suggest a third possible candidate Kuroda shinji. Think of it. close to Asami. Sintilating mind, handsome and can take a bullet. he would give Fei a run for his money. did I mention sin ?Intellect beauty,sex,power,what conversations they could have over latenightsex...... I mean wine. hahahahahaha

It's there, but it's mostly one-sided. From what we saw, Fei was only into Asami until Fei started to be won over by Aki too. Fei has no interest in Mikhail, and Fei was betrayed by Yoh (and sees Tao as a nephew). In the novella, Yoh makes progress, but it is left open. So I see it not so much as a love triangle, but as a sort of constellation or connect the dots picture. I hope I'll make my diagram clear even when Manago takes all my attempts at formatting out.

To clarify, Asami and Aki are into each other (obvi) and each has complicated left over feelings for Fei which include lust. Fei is into both Asami and Aki and lusts for both of them. Fei is team threesome. Yoh is into Fei, but Fei has only recently come to see Yoh that way. Tao has a puppy-love crush on Fei but Fei sees Tao as his nephew. Mikhail is into Fei, but Fei has no interest in Mikhail.

Makes sense to me,there is a beauty in your logic .
