They're from a graphic novel game called Sweet Pool. The uke with black hair is Yoiii Sakiyama and the seme with blond hair is Tetsuo's Shironuma. If you know a game called Togainu no chi and Lamento or Dramatical murder, this game was from he same developer. NItro+chiral, if I'm not mistaken hehe. I heard there's one manga about sweet Pool but the author never update the new chapter.
