there was this yaoi manga.......

there was this one yaoi manga that I only remember one thing. That manga had four pairs and there was this chapter or extra where all four pairs were at some sort of hot spring and all of them had meal together in the same table and there was this moment when they understood (maybe only semes) that each of them were couples.
