even if kanou is still possesive and ayase still confused they really do love eachother and want eachother and this is the truth cuz their relationship changed a lot so i believe that everything changed about them or why would ayase ask kanou if he can stay with him when the debt is over in v11 ? everyone of them is making his own mistakes toward the other but there is love between them
but u since u read the manga from the first volume to the last one do u think that the old ayase will huge kanou and wants him when they are having sex ? do u think old ayase will hold the hand of kanou and hold his back ? of course no so how u can say the relationship will be always the same ? even if there is something didnt change yet u know something had really happened if its not clear in v12 it will be in v13 next year and i do believe in this
in that aspect, I do agree that Ayase is slowly changing. But my point is, it has been 12 volumes and Kanou still has sex with Ayase in his office despite Ayase hating it when the driver (one of the twins) walks in on them. Kanou still has sex with Ayase whenever he wants without Ayase's consent. True, that Ayase is a bit more accepting right now but he hasn't come to terms with homosexuality and Kanou isn't giving him space and that hasn't changed since day one.
Honestly, I can see that Ayase is special to Kanou or else he wouldn't go to such lengths to get him back when he is taken away or protect him but whenever it comes to his sexual urges he hasn't changed a bit
Well I know that the relationship of the masterxservant will be always there and I know that Kanou will not change and ayase won't give up for Kanou easily but when u see how much they do care about each other and help each other and the fact that they can't live without each other u know that under this masterxslave relationship there is a big love hiding itself there cuz Kanou no matter how much he is jerk and mean with ayase he does loves him more anything and ayase even if he always rejects Kanou and won't to make it hard for both of them u know that he wants Kanou and loves him and hate the idea of losing him as Kanou does so even if there relationship is developing slowly and there are things want change they will complete their journey together as long as there is love between them and only haters of this manga want to deny it but I guess in the futur volumes a lot of things will happen and will make them a true lovers

At first I was so weirded out by the rape/sex to pay a debt/office sex in front of others/too much fluids during sex ... stuff and I dropped it for over 2 years and then I came back (I got hungrier for yaoi I guess) and now that I've read every single chapter, I still wish for some sweet moments but I know after reading 12 volumes (last 3 volumes raws) that their relationship is always gonna be like that, even if by some luck Ayase confessed, the seme would always be super possessive and there'll always be people after Ayase to get to the seme etc..
That's why I said I've gotten used to it by now
