About a story about a cute animal that you like abandoned in a cardboard box and a person finds it then the person brings it home to bathe it, feed it, play with the animal ext. and lastly the scene would be where the person and the animal cuddles together. (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

You could try to inspire yourself from something like this. Search "Draw with Me" on Youtube. It's a 2D animation but that translates very well to manga drawings (assuming that's what you're doing). Plus it's a really cute story :').
Like, doing short stories without bubble texts. Hence, concentrating more on getting the pace right only with the panels and drawings in it, working on getting the right "camera angles" etc. Get a simple concept like that and pour everything on the art.
Sometimes when starting off people try to be too ambitious and get lost in getting into too much aspects, resulting in nothing being really that well done. But sometimes the simplest concepts end up being really beautiful, and then you develop your own style from there on :).
