The ratings now have odd numbers. When did that happen?

Well, usually mangas were for example, either 8.6 or 8.4, the decimal was always an even number, but now I'm seeing 8.5, 8.1, 9.3. They updated the ratings system.

I don’t think they changed the averaging, but how it shows up. Maybe they updated the system so that when the average is calculated, instead of rounding it up to the nearest even number, they just show the actual tenths place value.
