Let me explain in a different manner! Look very carefully, and try to keep up.
Man meets women --> They decide to have sex --> Going to have sex at a hotel, when you do this, the hotel is then referred to as a "Love Hotel" (Love = Sex, so think of it as "Sex Hotel") --> They check in, but the women tells the man she has an STD (STD = Sexual Transmitted Disease) --> The mans like "HELLS NAW" and leaves her, and checks out the hotel.
