I think he's mad because his medical problem is very personal to him, and makes him feel like a freak. So, when he found out that was the way his problem was interpreted by white-hair, it was more of "Why are you talking about my problem to other people," rather than, "Why are you telling people I confessed to you?" I forgot white hair's name, sorry.

I got completely lost when the mc got mad over the guy telling his friend that the mc confess to him...isn't he overreacting a bit to much?? i get u can be alittle angry and be like hey u got it wrong but not to the point of dont talk to me dont come near me we are done! like WTF meh ┑(￣Д ￣)┍ different people different reactions i guess.
