I am not sure if Jesse had slept with the maid but however jesse is clearly has a little twisted way of showing love and confirming his assumptions about Law crushing on him
I doubt he slept with her. the maids always saying he sleep with his employees even when he was young and Law mother too. while they mostly the one's who approach him. and why he needed to pretend to be asleep? I wonder (●'◡'●)ﾉ
I agree, I don't think he slept with the maid. Maybe Law just assumes that Jesse slept with someone else, from what he "observes" and what his mother has told him. It's hard to trust what Law says, because his stories change frequently. Jesse seems to know that 99% of the people around him are superficial and want something from him in some way, even Law to an extent. But using that virtual reality machine to "see" Law's subconscious, I think he sees that Law also is infatuated with Jesse, and I think that was enough for Jesse to choose Law.
ps: it's my headcannon that they first got together after the incident in the past with the maid covering him with the blanket and Jesse pretending to be asleep, because Law confessed people told him Jesse slept with the maids, and Jesse said "and you want to know if it's true? are you curious about my sexuality?" and then BAM! Jesse showed him what's up.

Looking at the direction of the current discussion in the other comments, it is possible that Law is in Moritat rn, which explains the confusing events surrounding the maid's dismissal.

So at first I thought maybe Jesse used the 'subconscious reading machine' on Law bcos he wanted to know Law's real motives for approaching him but then again Jesse is probably smart enough to be aware that everyone, including Law, approaches him with an "impure" motive and he had always been smart enough in handling these, well, leechers.
And then I realise (like everyone else) that Jesse probably genuinely cares for Law and wanted to know what was bothering Law to the point that Law hyperventilated and fainted. Jesse just wanted to know why Law fainted? That's... that's so sweet of him awww lemme give you a hug (づ￣ ³￣)づ
But why you gotta sleep with the maid you nasty (╬￣皿￣) maybe if you hadn't been such a tsundere this shitfest wouldn't have happened and you would've lived happily ever after with Law
