You can use PayPal now... But it only works on the regular app not on the plus version so you could download the regular lezhin version then use paypal to buy coins and then use those coins on the r18 plus version

On the regular app you can view the 18+ webtoons if you already have it saved to your library. Purchase a chapter through the website to save it to your library.
Ah sorry. Misread your question.
If I purchase a google play card and load up on the play version of the app will the coins transfer to the r-18 app? I don't like using my card directly online.
