Bokurano. It's a sci-fi series not wellknown. A hidden gem. I recommend the anime, too. But you have to watch the anime first since the manga is better, lol.

Oldman is also a great, short read.
Ludwig Kakumei is an interesting spin on a classic and made me cry because it's so tragic.
Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan Is pretty popular, but if you haven't read it, you should. It's a tragedy, though.

It's not yaoi.. but Gakuen Babysitters is one of the best mangas out there. It has a very fluffy story and will just make you smile. If you haven't read it I suggest you five it a try. :)
