He brought Taemin to the karaoke and then told him to relax because he wasn't going to do anything (which is a lie as we know later on)
Joohoon said that he didn't expect Taemin to follow him to which Taemin sassily appologized that he couldn't act scared or frightened like how Siwon was.
Then he proceeded to comment (like every single person who bullied Siwon) that he was boring before but he got interesting after the amnesia
(Un)surprisingly, he added that Han Jiwook (the twin) was more amusing
Taemin was mad at that point and told him he killed a person (Siwon)
Joohoon, of course, didn't know what he was talking about because "Siwon" was right in front of him and expressed that even if he had committed murder, he didn't feel guilty
Taemin then questioned Joohoon and Jiwook's relationship. Joohoon only said it was "more than intimate" (instant SHIP, despite them being scums, meh ?)
Joohoon said the information he gave required a payment and asked Siwon to stay by his side (much like how Siwoon did) because he found him entertaining
Taemin being Taemin refused flatly and we got ourselves a violent scene that follows (the part where Joohoon grabs Taemin by his hair)
Joohoon told him that he was misunderstanding and that it wasn't a choice but an order. He said that either Taemin come to his side or Joohoon could beat him up and have Taemin crawl to him. (And like the psycho he was) he said that he could be gentle and kind to the things he liked if Taemin behaved
And Taemin, being Taemin (yet again) decided to mock him
Joohoon decided that he liked Taemin more because of his sassiness (badassery) and that he loved knocking the pride out of those with large egos like Taemin and see when he finally breaks.
I wish to add that the reason Taemin can't do anything was because Joohoon got him in a position where his fist wouldn't really work
I guess that's the gist of things.

It's kind of like a mini-confession (my favorite part, yes).
Siwoon told Taemin that he was the first person to lead him out of that hell hole and see the world. He told him it wasn't Taemin who was weak but Siwoon himself. He explained that at that time when his mother hit Taemin with the bottle, he realized that he needed to be strong to protect him.
And that he would obliterate anything that would take Taemin from him again (kind of terrifying but romantic ?!?)

Siwoon didn't really say anything to Joohoon though (he just proceeded to beat the shit out of him) . Joohoon, though, seemed to know Siwoon as the heir to Hansung group and said he wouldn't really want to mess with someone like that. But he did promise a revenge or comeback or some sort. He left more because he felt like it than anything (I think it's to get the plot to move on because Taemin said he would explain the situation to Siwoon once Joohoon's gone)
And we get ourselves in for a possessive confession scene and a make-out session afterwards

He said he will clumble if someone hurts him like his mother before and he will never allow anyone to take him away from him. Back he was to weak to protect him but he wanted to become stronger because Taemin was his only ray of hope (the first personne who was kind to him)
