One of my favorites.
Two cops; one bi, one in the closet, team up to solve crimes. The Bi one pursues his partner from day one, but the closeted one takes quite a while to come to terms with his feelings. Add in a adopted son, a snarky girl pick pocket, co-workers, a dash of comedy and some fairly gritty crime drama and you have one fantastic manga.
