Isn't Bara made "for" dudes rather than "by" dudes (I mean of course most of the authors are guys, but the distinctions is more on the targeted audience than on the authors)
Anyways, yes there are male yaoi mangakas (and female yuri mangakas if that's your next question ;9 )
Bara is a genre that has muscle & hairy dudes. its doesnt mean the yaoi is written by dudes. Bara refer more to the characteristic of the characters in the story
The only one I know off of the top of my head is Itto.
Okay, here's my list: Itto, Kisaragi Hirotaka, Tagame Gengoroh, Kanbe Akira, Kujou Aoi, Sakura Haiji, Tsukumo Gou, Kousaka Tohru, Shinozaki Hitoyo, and Maya Mineo (shounen ai).
Some of them don't have work on this site, though. Like Tagame Gengoroh, he has only one manga on this site, and it's not yaoi. You can find it on other sites, though.
Actually, I take it back. He does bara. I'm pretty sure all the others do yaoi, though.

A lot of Bara is done by guys but not all. Bara is targeted towards men because of it's style (that's what i've learned from other people's comments and some googling)
bara actually does refer to gay manga written by gay men for gay men. people assume it refers to the character art style since they so often are muscular and hairy, but it's a preference rather than specific style. there are bara authors that don't fit the muscular/hairy/older men/bear/etc style
i heard a rumour that says harada is male........
She/he uses always gender neutral pronouns so people aren't sure.
I've read on tumblr from some people that follow her on twitter say that her hands look feminine in pictures so they guess she's - she (she was posting some pictures of books (she was holding them)
